Very positive wellness appointment with NP Kristin! She explained the whole process with patience and empathy.
Not sure if my first review went through so reposting just to make sure. The entirety of the staff were so incredibly kind hearted and empathetic. They openly communicated with me which helped alleviate a lot of fears and worries I was having. They also throughly walked me through this entire process step by step so I felt like I was in control the whole time, which is a huge positive for me because I have past trauma that still impacts me. The entire staff is full of kind-hearted and very empathetic women who helped me through my procedure. Alex, Meyisha, and my OBGYN Lois were incredibly thoughtful; they answered all of my questions, reassured and reaffirmed to me that I would be okay, and treated me with care that was beyond patient care - it was human care. My visit today was nothing but heartwarming and comfort. I felt so vulnerable and scared and the staff made sure I was comfortable and showed me love and support the entire appointment. Jania did my ultrasound and was such a bright light who made sure every step of the way I was okay. She was so positive and with all my emotions she ensured I was in a safe place.
