Very good service and very detailed information.
First visit since the virus arrived. Other than new entry procedure and PPE on everyone things were the same as normal.
If you are looking for a great dentist and staff then look no farther for you found the best place around! No matter your needs they have your fix. When I started going here ( like 15 years ago) my teeth were not the greatest. I have not had good luck with dentist’s prior. Hawkeye family dentil got me on track and fixed me up good, (they also give you tips on how to care for your teeth better) I have not had any issues since. Hawkeye family dental has amazing people who are so nice & helpful. I was able to get in 2 days in a row for emergency work.
Best dentist, hygenist and team I have had in a long while. Despite my poor habits and lack of vigilance at doing what I know I should do regarding my dental hygiene, they have never made me feel anything less than "I'm so glad I found Hawkeye Family Dental." Today, my habits, while not perfect, are better than they have been because of the team's encouragement.
We were squeezed furring the re-opening after COVID closing everything down for months to get what we needed to start braces for my daughter. They were very helpful with finding a day to fit us in and were professional and efficient. Smiling and friendly faces. We had a great experience. :)
