I never really cared for the dentist before. I've hopped around a lot and usually had a mediocre experience, but the job got done. Both my 10yr old and I have been visiting here for about 2 years now, and I have always enjoyed the experience! My daughter says she likes how they engage with her, and always liked how nice and considerate they've been.
Everyone at Hawkeye Family Dental is always professional and friendly!
I feel very confident in the professional dental care that Dr. Zwart and her staff provide to me. My dental concerns all always addressed and properly and professionally remedied. The doctor and her staff are always willing to listen to, and share, a story or two...I'll never understand how they can interpret what I am saying when my mouth is propped open and filled with dental instruments!!? Thank you, always a good experience.
This was my first visit to Hawkeye Family Dental and everyone was extremely friendly as soon as I walked through the door. The dental hygienist made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing and why, and Dr. Zwart was very informative about my teeth and overall oral health.

Almost. Personable, efficient, painless (!) visits are the norm. Always impressed about how easily they clean my teeth and fill cavities etc.
If there are problems with your teeth they explain what is happening and if it doesn’t need immediate treatment they offer suggestions that may help prevent further loss of enamel, tooth decay, etc. Good cleaning and thorough exams.
