I am extremely happy with the service I received from Hawkeye Family Dental from the receptionist, the hygienist, and Dr. Zwart. My teeth cleaning today was very thorough and painless. I am always provided with dark safety glasses so the bright light doesn't bother me. I am always given good instruction when needed as to how I can best take care of my teeth. A great place with very nice people to get work done that is usually not that much fun!!
I have allergies that make going into public places hard, and everyone at Hawkeye Family Dental was so careful to work with me in the safest way possible, and seemed happy to be able to help. Everyone was very positive and supportive. I highly recommend them.
I have been a patient since 2012. I have had nothing but wonderful experience every time. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They make me and my family so comfortable every visit. Dr. Z is amazing, explains care plans very well, always smiling. She is a great leader in her office. Staff is happy and helpful. Front desk always answers questions promptly. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I really don’t like going to the dentist, but they make your experience better.
No one really loves going to the dentist, but it's necessary if you want a healthy mouth and teeth. All I have to say is my experiences over the last 7+ years I've attended there at Hawkeye Family Dental are as pleasant as can be and they all definitely do what they can to minimize any stress for those of us with "white coat fever". A great clinic to go visit for your dental needs and Dr. Marcy Zwart DDS is as great as can be and I love that she did all her undergrad & dental school studies at the U of Iowa!
Janelle was cheerful, accommodating, and provided a complete explanation of what was happening. The office was clean and used very modern techniques for diagnosis. Absolutely as enjoyable as possible at a dental office.
