THE KINGS OF CON!!!!!!!! – These guys have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I agree with everyone else, they are the biggest con artists I have ever seen. They talk you into buying things you don't even need; and if your thinking about buying something on credit with them, DON'T!!! DO NOT BUY FROM PLANET STEREO – This fat b**tard is a con man. He sold me a Touch Screen DVD player and flip down tv an alarm system and all of this was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. None of it did. All of his stuff is refurbished and breaks down within a month. If you do not ask if it is refurbished he won't tell you. My touch screen LCD light turned off after 2 weeks and it took him 2 months to fix it. He claimed he did not have one to replace it so he made me wait. What a joke! – This place is a f**ken joke, I went there to get a quote for a complete system and when I came back a week later, guess what? quote was no good anymore. I asked how much would it be and they quoted me $100 dollars more so I said forget it and left. Best Con Artists – This is a sleezy store. I have never seen so many smooth talking con artists in one place. They will bate and switch on you. I recently installed a car alarm with them. When I called on the phone, the price was $69.00 but when I got there, you guessed it, the price went up to $125.00 because they needed to add some relays.
