I went in to purchase a stereo and they were so helpful. The girls working the front desk were polite and my salesman alex was amazing. i also purchased an alarm and tint thanks to susan. Shes so nice and helped me picked the shades it was to good of a deal for me not to buy everything. Honestly i was confused when i read some of the yelp reviews. They never even installed my stereo and they are telling me they won't refund me my money. I hope the owner is a good man! Otherwise I'm out $360 and have a stereo I don't want. Super unhappy! Will keep you all posted on how it plays out!

i went to planet stereo for a check out it wasn't there work but they still checked it out for me at no charge and got the problem fixed for a very good price thanks planet stereo

I see why these guys are so highly rated -- I wanted an iPhone cradle charger installed in my Acura MDX that also plays all my music. jason researched and created a great setup that allowed me to just drop in my phone -- no fumbling with plug ins etc. Brilliant! -- beautiful install!. very satisfied – recently had my cars windows tinted here after I shopped around for the best price. the Tinter was very nice and did a great job! Since I had a great experience I took my daughters car in to have an IPod adaptor installed to work with her factory stereo. The price was very reasonable and the job took a little over an hour. Needless to say, my daughter is very happy. I will be coming back to have a Car Alarm installed soon! Nice shop with a very friendly staff. Satisfied customer here.
