Awesome Prices, Awesome Customer Service – Finally a place to come to with all my technical needs. They are very professional, honest and very fair when it comes to pricing. Experts in their field and know what they are talking about. They fixed my poorly installed lights and stereo from another store and told me what to watch out for. I will never take my RSX to another car audio place.

Very surprised that this place is still in business. – I drove by this place recently and was surprised they are still there. After looking at some of the other reviews, it seem like nothing have changed over the year. I did business with them a few years ago when I had absolutely no knowledge about car audio and the impression they left about local car audio shop was terrible. planet stereo is the best they have been there over 12yrs – i met jason when he worked for us car stereo in riverside i bought alot of stuff from him and that was over 7yrs ago and i found him at planet stereo in covina and he still took care of me, just put in a new head unit and speakers and i love it planet stereo is a very good shop and i beleive in jason and planet stereo and i will reconmend all my friends to planet stereo

dont make the mistake i made by going to plante stereo – first of all they ripped me off, then they told me that they were going to throw some free lights in when i perchased my system. but it was all bullshit so i ended up buying some hid lights and they started to flicker. i had to wait 2 hours so they could start working on my lights. i had to go back several times on my free time and then i just gave up on going back because nothing was getting done .
Do not trust jason or any one at Planet stereo – The bottom line is : they want you to pay up front for everything and once they have your credit card charged they do not keep their promises. I was very dissatisfied with their poorly installed speaker and even agreed to pay a restocking fee and Jason said all sales are final you signed the sales receipt. I told him I was going to dispute the charges and his reply was go ahead I have already been paid. Do not trust these guys they are out to screw you.
Extremely poor business practices; dangerous to buy – My son, a Marine, purchased a stereo system for his car. They charged his account (for $390.00) twice. When they were informed of their error, they told him they couldn't fix it until he came into the store, a 4-hour round trip. While they had his money, several legitimate charges were presented to the bank: total overdraft charges $204.00. Dirtbags – This place is sooooo shady. The jerkoffs working there quote you ridiculously high prices then continue to lower them if you're not interested. They do terrible installs and could care less about their customers. I went in there looking for specific equipment(which they didn't have) then assumed I was an idiot and tried to get to me to buy stuff that I could find for $100sss less elsewhere. This shop is the ultimate cliche' greasy middle eastern con artists store
25% Restocking Fees!!!!! – Restocking Fees 25%. Steer clear of these guys. Worst installation ever. Rip off on the price. I will never go back. Took them 3 days & still did not get it right. These guys are Bad News.
