Friendly, low pressure approach. Thorough and informative test drive (Amy was great). Good follow up. My experience with Planet Hyundai included test driving and price negotiation- in the end I went with a different make and model. We decided to buy the car at the end of the lease. This is our third Hyundai. I contacted 3 dealers on the buyout, including Boulder Hyundai where we leased it. Obviously your policy of not charging the dealer handling was key, however our salesman Anthony was far more professional than those at the other 2 dealers. Anthony got right back to us on all questions and had much of the paperwork prepared in advance to speed the process. We are talking to Anthony about replacing our Jeep with a Palisade thanks Bill and Jill Hammel

Took my car in with a broken A/C. Scott McGaha was very helpful and responsive. He quickly got approval from the warranty company and got me on my way. I love the fact that they sent text updates and I could communicate via text rather than having to be on hold on the phone like with other service departments.
Best dealer we have delt with by far! Great price, friendly knowledgeable staff. Purchase went smooth and they even held the vehicle for us while we traveled to CO to pick it up. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly , no hassle, no haggle service!! No dealer handling fees. The payment calculator they use is the same one you can look at on line so you can figure what you will be paying before you even enter the dealership!! Our salesman, Dean Debuhr,went out of his way to make my buying experience the best and fastest I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend them!
