I paid over 300$ to get my hair done for a cruise I was leaving for. I wanted a deep red, it turned out pink. I followed every instruction, dodnt wash for 48 hours amd used cold water to wash amd the color is almost all the way gone less than a month later. I paid the same for regis to do the hair in the mall once and at least the color lasted and ddint just wash out. they use crappy quality dye obviously. My hairstylist was very nice, but when I called to book the appointment, I asked if anyone knew how to handle curly hair. I was told she did, but unfortunately not. I now somehow have layers on one side, but not the other. She kept combing her fingers through my hair while drying, which is a huge no-no for curls. I do think this is a nice salon, just not for curly-haired women.
This team genuinely cares about their guests.

So glad that my favorite hair stylist has moved into her own salon. Last time we were getting our hair done she was handed a sticky not from Planet Hair boss that said not to talk so much, taking too long, how rude!!! We’ve been getting our hair done by this wonderful woman for 20+ years and continue to, so glad she has her own shop, Planet Hair boss you lost a gem!!

I have been to several salons, and Planet Hair is hands down the best. From the minute you walk in the door you are taken care of. They offer you something to drink, water, tea, soda or wine. I am impressed how well the stylist all work together. Jamie is my stylist and she listens to what I want and offers suggestions. My hair looks and feels the best it ever has. I have never used Aveda products and this salon is an Aveda salon....this is likely why my hair feels so good.
