Feel like a queen! This is the best place to go for a haircut if you want to feel like a queen and don't mind spending a little more than usual. They massage your head and neck with oil before shampooing and cutting. If you're having you're hair colored, there's a laptop with internet connection to amuse you in the waiting area and they'll bring you whatever you want to drink. Horrible Place! This place is horrible! I will not ever go back to this salon and will not ever recommend it to anyone. The stylist (Megan R) completely butchered my hair, did not communicate to me what she was doing, and could not even cut straight. She widened my hair line and shaved into my temples without asking?!? She completely ruined my hair! The prices are too expensive for the quality of the "service" provided. Terrible experience!!! This place is a scam. They ruined my hair. I wish I could post pictures. I tried to work with them about the botched job and they were extremely rude!!! After talking about it with various others they all had similar experiences. Avoid this place like the plague.

Messed up my friends hair and was rude when confronted about it. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place. There are so many better hair salons to go to.

My daughter recently had her hair done there and it was absolutely the worst job I’ve ever seen. I encouraged her to call and complain because it was literally terrible. Mistakes happen, I understand that but a responsible stylist and owner would make it right.

I went to planet hair for Japanese hair straightening last year.The result was exactly what I wanted ! Today, I made a booking for this service again ! while I have to pay an arm and a leg for my hair, I don't want anyone touch my hair except the staff of Planet hair beauty. I am so excited and cant wait till Friday ! I am sure I will extremely happy.
planet hair is by far the best salon i’ve EVER been to!! i spent about 5 hours in the chair with Shawna (she is my favorite and does an AMAZING job) she colored and styled my hair and it was exactly what i asked for in the pictures!! The next day i came in to get my 18 inch great lengths extensions installed by Tod, he used 4 bundles and he said it would be done in approximately 4 hours and i came in at 1230 and was fully done by 330! so that made me happy! and your not sitting in the waiting area for a long time because the... read more
