I tried to express my situation to the manager due to having to get new bank cards and tried to express how I already tried to pay through the bill before getting new cards and showed my bank statement. she kept asking me to pay via debit after explaining multiple times and overall dident help when I tried to offer solutions she overall wasted my time before work asking me to go to rbc to get it to auto pay than when I did and came back they said we cant do that and said repeating myself is gonna happen. I left Planet Fitness because I didn’t feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. Especially in the back of the gym , there was often a strong smell of sweat and very poor air circulation. Also, many members did not clean the equipment after using it, which was a major issue for me. On top of that, the music played was often unpleasant and distracting, making the workout experience even less enjoyable. Despite staff being present, these issues were rarely addressed or enforced.

Zero Cooperation- I am writing to escalate the concern regarding my daughter’s rejoining membership process. While I appreciate the response provided, I would like this matter to be reviewed further. The previous membership was cancelled under specific circumstances and lasted only a short duration.
