If Planet Fitness expects their weights to be silent they should add padding to them. On a room full of people slamming weights and grunting, you choose to call out the day old man for making too much noise? That's called wanting to feel important without confronting someone you find threatening. You don't make a place where everyone feels welcome by singling out and embarrassing people. Time to move on to a gym that doesn't make a point to embarrass their clients.

I have been going to Zym for the past two years, and overall, it’s a great place with excellent staff. However, new employees need better training in customer service and gym equipment knowledge. I recently had a negative experience with a new hire on June 16th at 7 AM; he was rude and unhelpful. He could benefit from improving his customer service skills. Zym - Mumford halifax

Always packed and can never get into the circuit without 5 people standing around waiting for one machine (leg press) Too many memberships for this place. More cardio than anything not enough weight lifting machines.
