Fine place to workout. Staff is very friendly and the facility is well maintained and clean. A bit lacking in some equipment options. They only have smith machines, no option for loading plates on ez bars or barbells so once you outlift the largest weight they have, you won't be able to go any heavier.

If you fancy a crowded, stinky gym, excersizing next to a coughing man in pyjama pants and slippers - this is just the place for you! Very low overall standards for cleanliness and upkeep of equipment.
