Terrible customer service! Takes them a week to start working in the car, another week to determine the problem, one more to figure out warranty issues, and a last one to finish polishing their nails.
They refused to take my friends car because i brought it for service. Joe Bobo Benitez says since we had a previous history of problems (vandalized my car with water onto the transmission, ruined my paint by washing cars with brooms). People stay away from this place!!!!
Avoid this dealer, the worst customer service I've ever known, I bought a brand new car and since the first day it presented a lot of issues and I had to put the car in the dealer service from december 26th till today. It has been more than 40 days of trying to fix the problem and I still waiting. The Fiat USA also has the worst customer service. they do not call back.
Great customer service from Luis Cisneros.... I totally recommend him!!! Thank you guys once again, I am a super happy customer!!!!
