A Great place to live if you want to get away from the busier streets of Springfield. Its quiet, pet friendly, and has a great atmosphere. It's a great place to relax after a long day.

Just renewed my 6th year. Very nice inside and out. Grounds are always clean and quiet. Christian in the office is great and maintenance staff is very helpful. Great neighborhood and love the pool. Highly recommend

My wife and I have lived here for two years and we have absolutely loved it here. A very quiet neighborhood that is not to far away from Springfield, but just far enough to get away from all the noise and chaos. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to move.
My fiance and I have lived at Plainview Park for two years, and we love this complex! We hasn't lived on our own until we moved in together and Plainview has been the perfect first home for us. The complex is small and quiet, and management is excellent. We are exciting to sign on for another year with Plainview and we have enjoyed living here!
Plainview Park apartments is a great deal and a great place to live! This place Is in a perfect location, great school systems, quiet neighborhood, and rent includes all utilities except Electric. This also includes a pool, fitness room, and laundry room. The apartment manager Christian has been easy to talk to and has managed to get things done in a timely manner for me!
