I work in the medical field myself so I have a low tolerance for people and I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing everyone was !!! They were kind, gentle and patient with me when i was being a baby about my procedure ! Any future medical issue that arise I will be going back to Backus!
I am a former nurse at Backus in the ED and some of the patients I had to deal with were down right nasty but we aren't allowed to say anything to them. If these losers don't like Backus then for gods sake go to another hospital and bitch them out. If you have to wait there's probably a good reason. If someone is dying I think they should be treated first whether you like it or not. I am so sick of these people and their hitching . I worked for 25 years in the ED and I loved every minute of it in spite of nasty people!
My RA doctor takes good care of me and so far so good no bad issues. Been here over5 years.
I just had an emergency Gallbladder removal and I can't say enough that everyone there was attentive and wonderful to me.They made sure I was relieved of any pain and nausea before they did all of my testing.They supplied a surgeon for me quickly and did all of the testing in a timely manner.An hour after the surgery I was walking laps around the floor that I was put on.I have a little bit of soreness but no actual pain.Anyone that has had a gallbladder attack knows how painful it can get.
