Their team confused my order with someone else's because they didn't bother to confirm the order number. I spoke to the most unprofessional employee on the phone after the pizza hadn't arrived for 40 minutes after it was supposed to come, and she told me the pizza hadn't even been put in the oven. So she agreed to give me a refund and cancel the order. Then! Amazing pizza, great customer service as always
The staff are nice here and they make a good pizza. I get the same thing every time and the guy recognizes my voice when I call and punches in the order right away.
