They didn’t even heat up my pizza slice. I took one bite out of my half slice of cold pizza and asked for it to be heated up. He said no because I bit it. I said they could cut the small piece that i bit off and heat it and he still said no. Thanks for the cold slice of pizza Pizzaiolo… poor attitude towards the customer. I will not be going back to this location.
Best pizza I've had in awhile..loved the crunch of the crust. Pleasant service.
The manger was cutting meat with bare hands (no gloves), no hat or beard hat - and right in the middle of it took his bare hands to wipe the surface with dirty cloth and went straight to cutting meat with his hands without washing it. When I told him he should wear gloves - he pretended not to speak English and went back to cutting meat with his dirty hands Ew.
Cold pizza even after the staff threw it in oven to warm it up. Overall quality of the slice I got was pretty disappointing..very thick dough and poor taste to it. Staff either not following instructions on how to make a decent pizza or the ingredients have downgraded. Please do something about this.
Compared to other Pizzaiolo locations, this one is at the bottom 😣 I always order the same slice at different locations, but here it looks like they forgot several ingredients. Very poor and tasteless. We all know there’s a recession, but this is next level.
