Charge for "extra cheese" but not even a regular amount of cheese. Also regularly sends wrong dipping sauces. Giving up on this location.
Saw a roach in the restaurant Never coming back
Came here for my lunch break today as I work in Scotia Plaza, had an extremely unpleasant experience with the employee here who frequently makes the pizza, darker skin south Asian man & his attitude & demeanour was extremely off putting. Usually in any Canadian establishment you are greeted by employees, seems like this guy didn’t get the memo as he had his back turned to customers & AirPods in completely oblivious to the customers waiting in line to order. Worst client service of all Pizzaolo locations. The guy behind the register is the problem. He doesn’t know what customer service means…absolutely pitiful.
