This location sent me a burnt deep dish pizza, and when I called them about it, they said that's how it always is and nobody had ever complained. I accepted the 50% credit they offered and they assured me they had put a note under my phone number. I'm leaving a one-star review today because when I called up asking for the credit, they said the previous guy hadn't left a note and there was nothing they could do. very friendly staff, generous portions and excellent prices for what you are getting. Can't comment on seating b/c I did takeout, but there seemed to be comfortable and clean seating areas. Pizza was served nice and hot and stayed hot for my walk back to the office on a cold March day. Definitely recommend.
