I recently tried this location for the first time and ordered a vegetarian pizza — and I must say, it was one of the best pizzas I've had from any chain pizza store. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were spot on. While picking up my order, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Amol. Extremely disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location on July 5, 2025, around 11 PM. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while three staff members ignored me — one was busy on his phone, one was sitting outside chatting, and another was just wandering around. They only came to take my order after a white customer walked in. It was obvious who they really wanted to serve. By then my mood was completely ruined, so I left without ordering.
