The person is super rude and doesn’t know how to talk with the customers very rude.
I ordered a pizza, they said it would be ready in 5 minutes when I arrived, but I waited 10 minutes. When I asked if it was ready after 10 minutes, they said no, 5 minutes, and treated me like I was making fun of them. It was a huge disappointment.
Whoever was working in the store this afternoon March 26 around 2:45pm is very rude. During my lunch time I walked in to get pizza and the display was a bit scanty so I asked if any pizza was coming up and he said no with attitude but I ignored. Sat to think abt what I wanted and went back to ask for panzerrotti and then asked how long it would take cus of my lunch and he said 10min so I said oh I can’t wait and then he replied with even more attitude twice that’s yes that’s the time. There's a woman working here who doesn't give you your order when it's ready; she makes you stand in line, doing it to get tips from other customers. She usually works late at night. I don't recommend going there. This used to be a place I loved going to, especially at night, but now it's a complete disappointment for me. As long as she's there, I won't go again.
