Redeemed a slice online and was refused at the counter. They were unable to cancel. Asked for the policy on why i was refused and they refuse to provide it.
Service super slow they keep forgetting the orders,of you sit and dont remind them you ll never get you order. Very bad service. Food is good though.
Go to Domino’s down the street, or Pizza Hut or anywhere else. It took ~15 minutes for a mobile order (onion rings, poutine, pizza roll) and we were given the bag without onion rings. I thought it was actually impossible to mess up a fast food poutine but somehow the cheese was such a strange texture and I ended up scraping it off the sides of the container.
