This has been an absolute nightmare! I'm having a game night with friends in an apartment and when the delivery person showed up, they called me four times. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza, driver said it was delivered when it wasn't and went on to a different delivery. Customer service said they'd be back in 5 minutes every 10 minutes until an hour after delivery "time" when they came back. Then they refused to do anything to compensate for the cold pizza and piping hot dipping sauce. I would like to share my recent experience regarding a pizza I ordered last night. While placing the order, I clearly requested a creamy garlic sauce as the base and repeated this instruction to ensure it was prepared correctly. I was also charged for this addition.
