Sold us a foul tasting bottled drink and wouldn't exchange it. Terrible customer service to go along with a mediocre pizza. Do better!
I got a slice today and it was completely stale it looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. The texture and taste clearly showed it wast fresh at all. To make ir worse when I checked my change I realized it was short 2 dollars and when asked for receipt got no answer from the cashier…. Really disappointed with the service and food. Not going back there at any cost..!
This location doesn't honour any current specials so if you want a take out pizza you'll pay double the price. If I'm paying a premium price I'll go down the block for actual premium pizza. This is downtown TO, not the middle of nowhere.
Wow, what an amazing experience at Pizza Pizza if you enjoy burnt food and wasting your money, this is the perfect place for you! I ordered two slices one veggie and one cheese at around 5pm and both looked like they survived a bonfire. Completely black, hard, and smelling burnt. I thought maybe I just got unlucky, so I went back to the counter to check if they had any decent slices to exchange… surprise! Every single one of them was burnt too.
