TLDR; egregious price point, staff unnecessarily causing a scene, unable to deescalate, lack of courtesy, irrelevant chatting of personal affairs, lack of professionalism. I had purchased one slice of pizza prior the Laufey A Matter of Time concert on Monday October 20, and was “aided” (if it is even possible to say this) by a woman around her 20s with dark hair, along with another woman beside her (I believe blonde hair).
