Guy started tweaking and yelled at us
I waited over 40 minutes for my order at this Pizza Pizza location, and the staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested. No updates, no apology — just poor service all around. Definitely not coming back to this store again. They really need to work on their customer service and speed. The one who is making pizza intentionally not giving the order and making me wait even order because I asked him what talking long.
Very disappointed with Pizza Pizza. I placed an online order for pickup, but the guy at the counter was rude and unhelpful. He didn’t seem to care about customer service and gave no proper response when I asked about my order. Totally unprofessional experience — I won’t be returning.
