I've gone twice and each time I've been so disappointed. I know it's Pizza Pizza, but they are also usually consistent, but this place provides the worst. First time I got a Pizza slice that was *freshly* made, the cheese was barely melted, it was just a brick of cheese. Second time I got a Panzarotti, there was no dough.. literally a crisp paper thin shell with the toppings inside. It was just distasteful and very non satisfying.

They close the shop anytime, they want. In front of your nose for cleaning, etc
I had a slice of pizza here and It was terrible and is literally bland
I think you hired a new guy, i always order slice of pizza at this store, never had a problem before however coupke of times realised he dont heatup the slice well,he takes out from the oven in 2 minutes, its cold, rest of the staff people are good, he wont return exact change both the times , may be will not come back
