Awesome service
Girl working today was very unprofessional. She had 3 pepperoni pizza slices said we can only order that even though they have 2 hours left to be open told us seating is closed and we can’t sit here. Not understanding at all . Her tone of voice was very rude and she had a lot of attitude. She’s making uber order pizzas but doesn’t want to make pizza for paying customers and it’s not close time. Basically we were only able to buy the pizza that’s already prepared and it was looking stale
Last night was the worst experience ever. I usually call for delivery. I called and spoke to an agent at 5:13pm. The agent proceeded to take my telephone and address and order and gave the total like usual. I understand that it’s Halloween and the order will be a little later. I asked that when the order comes to call and I’ll meet the person. After almost 2 hours of waiting and no call. I called the customer service and waited for almost 30 mins.
