Visited on: July 6, 2026 Time: 07:00 PM Very disappointing customer service. We were deciding which dips to order when the lady at the counter rudely said, “I have customers, so you can decide after.” The restaurant was empty, and only one customer walked in at that moment. There was no need to rush us. Very unprofessional.
Every time I go to this pizza pizza location, and 1 of the owners put my pizza together, it is absolutely amazing and bang on point. I can't say that the results are the same when the pizzas are made by the employee's.
I feel ripped off; I’ve given Pizza Pizza too many chances, and even after complaining, the pizzas are terrible. They never give refunds—I don't recommend them. You're better off going to Domino's Pizza.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would do it in a heart beat. Their service is absolutely horrible me and my friends went there and ordered an XL pizza with only two toppings and the other topping wasn’t even on the entire pizza alongside two dipping sauces. The lady taking our order charged us extra and treated us like we didn’t know how to speak we literally had to pay $29 just for one XL pizza with no drinks. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Pizza Pizza. We were overcharged, and when we pointed it out, the staff made no real effort to investigate the issue. Instead, they gave us different explanations that did not make sense and immediately defended the employee who processed the transaction without even checking what had happened.
