Ordered a well-done Canadian pizza through Uber, along with chilli peppers and Italian seasoning. To my utter disappointment, the pizza was not well done at all, and none of the requested seasonings were included. These weren’t complicated requests. They’re basic order instructions, and for me, having the pizza well done is a big part of actually enjoying it. Unfortunately the pizza they came was not cooked properly cheese barley melted, way to much sauce, and soggy mess ended up just throwing the pizza out,., but the reason for the review is also the horrible customer service provided by pizza pizza Very frustrating customer service experience. The place look very dirty and there was no chicken in the chicken bites and they can't even say sorry
That day was positive and the staff were very nice.
The staff is polite and the store is remarkably clean. Hiral helped me with my food.
