No waitress/waiter. No more salad bar (I understand possibly due to covid). Had to pay for bottle drinks, no more fountain. Had to pay for ranch dressing a small pack. Wasnt greeted or seated had to order at counter. No dishes, no plates, was given paper plates, and paper cup for my bottled drink.
It was great
Door Dash delivery. Neither the woman or man greeted me, did not ask the name on order, and did not inform me on the wait time. The woman tried to say she told me the order wasn't ready yet, but she never even spoke to me. I stayed standing at the front counter, so no she didn't tell me anything, otherwise, I would have sat down to wait. The only reason she spoke to me was because I was trying to get the attention of the male to ask how long on the DD order. Horrible customer service!!!
