I gave no stars due to the fact 4x now, my food has not been delivered when stated, but 2-4hrs late. This rime the door dasher came at 8:30p. I ordered at 6:17p. The dasher said my order came threw 5mins before she txt me, < 2hrs after call w no answer, or hung up on>. When food arrived, Cold, tasteless, and smashed. What a waste. Should"ve just burned the money. Thatd makr more sense than ever ordering from Pizza Hut and expecting any other outcome than them caring about their customers. Ordered pizza and boneless wings. They gave me wrong order, so I called to have them fix it. Long story short I never got my order fixed because manager never answered or called me back after several attempts to call the store.

Walking in, atmosphere was dingy and unwelcoming. Staff appeard sloppy and not in uniform. Ground was dirty and the table that was just cleaned for us felt sticky and still had residue on it. After paying $45 for one large stuffed crust pizza, one personal pan, and 4 warm sodas from the broken cooler, we sat and waited patiently while listening to the painful music of a fans bearing going out in the kitchen.
