This establishment doesn’t seem to look at special instructions such as “CUT INTO SQUARES PLEASE” the last order we picked up was cut into squares and slices! Please just learn to look at specific instructions and cut the pie into squares if requested. Thanks!
I would suggest never ordering from this place. They quote 15-20 minutes, but take close to an hour. Every single time.
Ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Took nearly two hours to be delivered when the app showed 45 min estimate. Disappointed to say the least.
We didn't receive our pizza for 2 hrs past the time when it was supposed to be ready. We were in the drive thru line for 2 hrs. Our pizza was supposed to be ready close to 5pm. We got to the window at 4:45. We had to call at 5 because no one came. Then the lady we spoke to came over and said she just put it in the oven the lady that was supposed to work the window was not doing a good job.
