I ordered my food online… I paid for delivery and paid for a tip… it said it was gonna be delivered in 20-30 minutes… I keep looking at my order and it never said preparing.. I kept updating it and it stayed on placed order… an hour goes by and nothing… I try calling the store and they answer and hang up. Just tried to order on the phone with the store, because the phone ordering people are horrible and I can't understand them. Then the store tried to charge me twenty dollars for a large one topping carry out. 6/30 11:15AM
