This pizza hut canceled my order and failed to notify my by email, text or call. We had to arrive and be told oh yeah we cancelled that and were supposed to call you but didn’t bother. I completely understand the needing to cancel due to a lack of supplies, but the lack of communication plus the reality of we could have went to another store just 5 mins down the street or even better just send us that way instead. I ordered my food online… I paid for delivery and paid for a tip… it said it was gonna be delivered in 20-30 minutes… I keep looking at my order and it never said preparing.. I kept updating it and it stayed on placed order… an hour goes by and nothing… I try calling the store and they answer and hang up. Then I call again, they answer but put me on hold before I could say anything… I was on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up… I called the store repeatedly 8-9 times and no answer… so I got in my truck and went to the store... read more
