Pleasantries were completely absent when picking up. My order came out 12 minutes later than advertised online. Phone was ringing and nobody made an effort to pick up. When someone finally bothered to check in with me to see what I was waiting for I was addressed from the kitchen instead of the employee coming to the counter to speak to me. I ordered through delivery and all the pizza turned out good. I feel like people only do reviews when they have a bad experience so I wanted to counter that. Please retrain your delivery drivers.. I’ve been going back and forth whether or not to write this review … because I never want to be the kind of person who dangles the carrot but it’s been a couple days and I’ve had quite a bit of time to reflect on the situation and I really hope this reaches the delivery driver as well as everyone else working at this location. I ordered a medium meatlovers and breadstick on 4/12. That was a Saturday. I ended up having to cancel because it never showed up. Guy on phone try to say it was door dash. Which they had nothing to do with it. I ordered through Pizza Hut like I usually do. Guy said it would be refunded. Week and a half and has not been refunded. About was 33.85 Pizza stiffed me out of my bank account
