Well, I ordered the Big New Yorker. Due to this Pizza Hut often leaving the bottom crust of the pizza dough and undercooked I asked if they could bake the pizza where the bottom crust was done and golden brown as well. The lady that received my order said no problem at all. I picked up the order in the 15min. Windows they said it would be ready and took it home. Absolute garbage pizza. Rock hard. Flimsy. Literal gut rot. After a 12 hour drive, filling my stomach with this garbage was NOT Going to be happening. Attempted to get a refund and they refused the refund even after seeing the sad excuse of a pizza on the counter. This is a garbage pizza from a literal garbage hole in the wall. Ordered 2 LG pizza extra cheese on one and light sausage extra cheese on other. The cheese was burnt on both. Sausage all over pizza so I guess they dont know what light on sausage means. Can't taste the sauce! What happened to pizza hut?? Last 29$ they get from me!!
