When ordering on the app i placed an order then went back to edit the flavor of the wings on one of my 12 piece and it reset itself to 6 piece instead of 12 on their wednesday wing bogo promotion. I called not knowing that it reset itself back to 6 wings. The lady answered the phone told me no you ordered 1 12 piece and 1 6 piece. Worst customer service! Worst management! Called because I got shorted some of my food. The “manager” basically called me a liar and hung up. She must be pretty miserable to make such a fuss over food! It’s very disturbing that someone like that is a manager, has zero customer service, and works around food. I definitely won’t be coming back here and you shouldn’t either! The manager presented herself as petty and extremely unprofessional! Extremely disappointed!
Shout out to the girl who made the pizza tonight!! Perfection! Best I’ve had at this location. Original pan veggie pizza.
