A hot waitress has stolen my heart the night I went out to eat hahaha��
Usually I don’t have a problem with any of the Pizza Factory places in town but tonight was a different story. I called in an order for pickup to the Pizza Factory Express off Sunset. They said my order would be done in 15, I showed up like 25 minutes from when I called and it still wasn’t ready. The three girls working up front talked the whole time when I walked in they didn’t come to take my order for about a minute or so. Absolutely terrible service. No one in this restaurant is competent enough to run a restaurant. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable about taking orders. Salad bar was empty and a huge mess. There were no forks. They brought out the wrong order. Then they only brought 2 of our 3 dishes. After I went and asked for a manager they said that our 3rd dish had been bumped and forgotten about. Will not be going back. They need to hire some adults.
