I've been going to Pizza By Alex for many summers, having to travel from Connecticut just to get that special pizza fix! It is a slice of tradition and nostalgia that runs in my family! Being my favorite pizza place of all time, I hope that they will continue to operate for many more generations to come!
I just got one of the greatest disappointments of my life. I' ve been a very satisfied customer for 60 some odd years and tonight my wife and I had 2 lousy tasting pizza (1 plain and 1 Hamburg) After a 13 month absence we had been dreaming of the best tasting pizza in the world. The crust was totally different and so was the tomato sauce and cheese. We are leaving in a few days and will probably never return. Our fond memories of Alex Pizza are just that, Fond Memories.

Terrible terrible pizza!!!! Have been going there since they opened but something has drastically changed. It is now worse then a frozen pizza. Tried to talk to someone who said he was "one of the managers" but he abruptly turned and walked away from us when we told him our pizzas were burned and very tasteless. . Also front cashier (male) was also very very rude!!!! Not the same since Bob retired that's for sure. We will never go there again!!!!
Got a hamburg and mushroom and it was loaded and yummy I'd keep coming back
Drove an hour each way for this pizza and the service was HORRIBLE! I had to ask how much I owed, I paid never got a thank you or anything! She just turned and walked away! Got my pizza and watched 5 girls standing behind the counter being louder than the customers. Laughing and talking about their dates and their clothes. Worrying about the tip jar! Who would ever give them tips? Tips come from good customer service and you WILL NOT find that here!
Received my pizzas in Louisville Kentucky after 19 years of living in Maine and growing up on them never found one close to compare. Called to inquire on reheating instructions and got the great service I was used too.. thanks everybody employed there
Best pizza ever I miss having a pizza from there but bridgton is to far to travel for a pizza lol
Nice hot right out the oven . Eat in our take out. Quick stop for lunch or dinner .
