I give Pivot Physical Therapy rating of 5 stars at the Georgetown, DE location. I find the office staff be very professional and helpful. My therapist is Lindsay Beauchamp, Clinical Director, Physical Therapist. I had shoulder rotator cuff surgery. Lindsay is being extremely helpful with my range of motion at this time. She not only is an excellent therapist, but is very compassionate, considerate and also encourages you in a professional manner.
My therapist at Faulk Road location, John, earned the highest 5 star recommendations. A great teacher and coach, he was very attentive to my needs. His experience with people my age (71) after total knee replacement was impressive, and his input inspired my own learning curve and behavioral commitment. John was also realistic and encouraging as to expectations for the coming month and year. A great human touch to your 21st Century applied science and service!
5 stars Very friendly crew and great services. I go in deak rd smyrna De, Ms Sheryl is such a sweetheart, very friendly and has a lot of patience. The two ladies upfront always greet you with a nice smile every time i come in. Christian is also great, very gentle and so polite.
My PT people at Pivot were great. They listened to me and were willing to try different things to help get me a positive result. Jenna is a Dr. of Physical Therapy and with her and Christian’s help I made great strides to get back to good health.
Pivot was great! Scheduling was easy, my sessions were always on time. My therapist Emily Brown was fantastic! She always had something new to work on. After twice a week for 6 weeks I was discharged feeling like I never had a stroke!
Very professional and friendly staff. I feel confident in the therapy I am receiving.
Recently had a left knee replacement everyone was wonderful and helpful helping me reach my goals would recommend any one to go to the Milford site thank u all
