I highly recommend Pivot Physical Therapy. I had knee replacement surgery and had excellent results with PT at their Short Pump, VA location on John Rolfe Pkwy. I worked initially with Daniel Roquemore, then regularly with Cris Yancey and Josh. They were excellent. Everyone there is professional and committed to achieving results. Marty and Ryan created a plan to help me strengthen my core and muscles supporting my knee. Their encouragement and knowledgeable care helped keep me focused. I feel comfortable that I can rely on them should I need to in the future.
The therapist’s were very friendly and informative. Once we were scheduled, they began their regiment of exercises and were constantly monitoring our progress. They were helpful at determining ones ability and recognized areas that were difficult to do. They noted the progress and worked on those areas that required improvement. This is my second time going to physical therapy I went to another company for another injury and I felt like they didn’t really care about me so I stopped going. Now with my current injury I got sent to pivot in Smyrna Delaware and I can tell you I feel like they actually care about me. They listen to me and take extra time when needed on certain sessions to make sure I’m pain free. Sheryl the therapist there is awesome. Just completed nine weeks of physical therapy at Pivot in Chesapeake Beach, Md. following knee replacement surgery. From Terry at the front desk to my two therapists, Denise and Gwen, and the entire support staff everyone was great. Could not be more pleased with the treatment I received. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.
Dan Solar is an amazing therapist! thanks to him I can run again after having a ruptured muscle. he gave me back my sanity! highly recommended!
They could do their billing way better than they are currently...The service is good and I had no problems with that. But the billing has gone on since June of 2018. After speaking with a rep in Baltimore, Md., they have still not received another payment sent to them via mail. The first was prompted by a Visa card...they didn't get that. Now a check was sent ...didn't get that after 7 days...We're in the same city and state! Not angry with the service, but the billing is terrible.
