Their billing services are deceiving. They quote one price and you pay your copay and then you receive a bill at the end of the month for additional fees they did not tell you about. They also left me in more pain then I started out with
I have been coming to Pivot for over a year. Jason is the best physical therapist I’ve ever Had. He made me feel comfortable and is kind and gentle. He takes the time to really get to know his patients and makes every experience excellent. Carolyn always welcomes you with a smile and is friendly and very helpful. It’s like a family environment and it makes physical therapy an amazing experience.
I've been working with the folks at the Pivot location on Manhattan Square in Hampton for a few months now, and they are WONDERFUL. Everyone is absolutely amazing to work with, and they create an atmosphere that allows their patients to mentally relax and focus on healing. I honestly think I'd be lost without Chandra as I work to recover from a broken foot. I've dealt with various physical therapists over the years, but I will only go to Pivot from now on! HIGHLY recommend!!!
My son, who is ASD-mild, sees Matt P for PT at the Foulk Rd location in Wilmington, DE, and I cannot say enough about him and the staff there. Matt has not only helped to strengthen my son's knees, he's also helped to build his confidence and independence so that he can continue his PT routine at home. From start to finish they have so much concern about how your doing and how they can help. Even the receptionists are caring. They don’t rush You and they take their time.
Steven is an excellent PT and was instrumental in my rehab after an ankle break and surgery. I’m a very active individual and he helped make it possible to get me back doing the things I love the most. I would not hesitate allowing Steven to help you get back to your normal!
