I attended PIVOT PT at the Selbyville DE location for 8 weeks following major ankle surgery. I was totally impressed with the professionalism of the location manager, Michael Sabol and his staff. The course of therapy that they put me through put my ankle back in shape and ready for orthotic inserts in my shoes which I had not worn for 3 months. I recommend Pivot on Main Street by Acme in Middletown, DE. Service is the best, you feel at home, Nick and the rest of the staff are wonderful, they treat you like family. They are so kind and work very hard to help make you feel better.

I’ve been going to Pivot now for over 2 months at the one in Cumberland, Maryland. I was injured at work, and had the opportunity to go to any PT I wanted to go too, but I chose Pivot because of the staff there is the best!!
