From the rude, cold receptionist at the front desk, who could see I was crying and couldn’t have cared less. To Dr. Kallem who told me that my dogs pancreatitis was NOT necrotizing, and it was. To Dr Peterson who missed a baseball sized mass on my beloved Rhino’s pancreas during his ultrasound. To their billing department that called me 15 times to make sure they could get their money and most importantly, to the 3 phone calls I’ve made to said doctors asking for a simple phone call explaining to me why he had to die? I spen... read more

Great medical care for my best buddy MiniMac was provided by Dr Compton and Dr Urie when aggressive cancer required amputation of his back leg. We've enjoyed 3 years 9 months and still going strong of great quality of life and their great care has added priceless joy to our life and world. Thank You!

PVSEC has always done an amazing job for my pup. I’ve had to bring my dog to PVSEC for emergency unfortunately a few times. PVSEC always took great care of him. The doctors and vet techs are all wonderful, caring and very attentive to my dog. And also caring to me because it’s always emotional bringing your dog in for an emergency. They are extremely pricey but for the quality, experience and care you get @ PVSEC it is worth it. If you are going into the ER be prepared to wait and wait. They are always busy. If you have an e... read more

NO! i would NOT recommend this veterinarian service. i have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on their facility, and was just treated like GARBAGE by two people. AMERICA NEEDS TO LEARN ENGLISH—specifically, semantics and syntax. JUST LOST THE MONEY OF AS MANY PEOPLE AS I CAN REACH. we will get our SERVICE ANIMALS vetted elsewhere. money is not an issue for me. it’s principality. i would not trust these price gougers to ever anesthetize my dog. ever.

A year ago my diabetic dog ran away and was missing for four days. When we found him, it was a Friday and my poor Raspberry was in terrible shape. As it was a Friday, I was obliged to go to this emergency vet clinic. After examining Raspberry, the vet told me that for three thousand dollars, they would keep him for the weekend, but he may not recover. I cried. I couldn't afford a three thousand dollar vet bill. Can't afford it? No problem. I can take out a load!!!! On the other hand, if I couldn't afford the three thousand d... read more

Went to the office in meadowlands today for not the most ideal situation with my fur baby. They were awesome!! I wasn’t a number to them. I was a concerned pet parent. Everyone from the receptionist, vet and everyone else we ran into were so wonderful. Will definitely be back if ever needed.

Incredibly positive experience. Would recommend without hesitation. Extremely caring. Was able to get updates on each and every call I made. Sounds dramatic, but they saved my Garbo’s life. Fast assessment and treatment and she was back home in 36 hours.
