We are so fortunate to have such a top notch facility in the Pittsburgh area (now 2 locations). They always took the best care of our dear Lucky. She loved going there because of how they treated her (like a princess). Couldn’t recommend them more. Dr. Erfourth and the entire oncology department are the absolute best! We appreciate all they did to care for our Lucky as well as all the love they showed her. 💕🐾
The staff treated us with dignity and respect even though there was an overwhelmingly large number of furry friends there who were seemingly in worse conditions than my little hair nugget of a dog. Even though it took roughly 3.5 hours, it was well worth the wait and cost to get a fairly clean bill of health for our corgi. I truly wish I got the name of the friendly young gentleman vet tech who initially evaluated Buster. He was so calm and friendly and reassuring. Outstanding experience !!!! 5 Stars and more !!!!! DR. Swales / staff went above and beyond to help my kitty Bailey. They stayed later than their normal shift, showed Bailey so much love and gave me price quotes/options for her. We are back home now, healthy and full of energy. Thank you, thank you 💛
Thank you PVSEC for taking such good care of our girl, Raven! She was diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma a few weeks ago which needed immediate attention and surgery. They gave Raven the best treatment and had her best interest in mind at all times. The surgeon originally planned on keeping her tail, but made a great executive decision after closing the wound that her tail could potentially cause issues with the healing process, so they decided to take it off. I brought my dog in yesterday he was having trouble breathing at my house and his face was swollen. A very cold and seemingly careless doctor came to talked to me with a tone of basically i was making everything up and my dog is absolutely fine. Downplayed everything i was saying.. after all why would i rush to the vet if nothing had been wrong?!
