good vet I have been taking my animals there since the 1980s. Always friendly, good with animals, the vets and staff take care of any problems and allow sufficient time for questions. I have used places closer to my home and was disappointed. I'll keep with these guys for a long time.
Diamond in the rough!! A friend recommened this clinic a few years ago and I've been taking all my pets there ever since and, I have to say im very impressed with this place. I feel welcomed and at ease with the care my pets receive. Dr. Young is very knowledgeable. The techs are great especially jessica, she was great with my cat. The prices are very reasonable, alot cheaper than alot of other places I've been to. I would definitely recommend.
alot of heart!! i had a great experience with Pittsburgh Animal Hospital. i was warmly greeted when entering building even though i could tell they were busy. Dr. Young was very knowledgable in her field. She gives it to you straight, which i like very much. Not a fancy facility but alot of heart. The tech michelle was very compassionate with my pet. She answered all my questions. The cost was very reasonable. would reccommend to everyone!!!

FABULOUS JOB! I don't know what "Anonymous" is talking about . . . you base an entire clinic on one phone call and one person! Anyway- I showed up one day with my 150+ lb dog on his last day with us. He couldn't walk and was filled with tumors. EVERYONE was polite courteous and understanding (including the woman that sits behind the desk answering the phone). Plain and simple old fashion care. After a decade of taking my cat to this vet, I am very satisfied. There is no need to go into lengthy details. The staff is courteous and fine. The prices are not bad and they well advise you of all costs and options prior to any treatment plan. There was a staff member who was very "yes" and "no" oriented and she is no longer at this business. One bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch. Always a dependable place to take animals I've been taking pets there for almost twenty years and have always been satisfied with their professional services, their honesty in dealing with me and their reasonable charges. There has never been anything fancy or pretentious about this place so if you're looking for style and pizazz look elsewhere.
Terrific dog care! I've been taking my beagle to Pgh Animal Hospital since he was a puppy (11 years ago)! Dr. Young and the staff are terrific -- friendly and of course knowledgeable. They care a lot about my dog and have been able to take care of almost everything he needs. At one point he needed a specialist and they helped with the referral. I have no complaints!
