Virginia H. I have taken my cats and dogs to Dr. Young for years. The new vet...Dr. Keinard ...is very nice and thorough. Answers all questions. I will continue to take my pats there. I've also boarded cats and been very happy with the care. Ane...the fees are very reasonable.
No other vet for me. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else but there.The doctor was great and so was the staff.I felt my dog was in good hands and was very happy with the price and care he was given.I've been at many different animal hospitals.This is the only one where I didn't feel like I was over charged.
good vet I have been taking my animals there since the 1980s. Always friendly, good with animals, the vets and staff take care of any problems and allow sufficient time for questions. I have used places closer to my home and was disappointed. I'll keep with these guys for a long time.
Diamond in the rough!! A friend recommened this clinic a few years ago and I've been taking all my pets there ever since and, I have to say im very impressed with this place. I feel welcomed and at ease with the care my pets receive. Dr. Young is very knowledgeable. The techs are great especially jessica, she was great with my cat. The prices are very reasonable, alot cheaper than alot of other places I've been to. I would definitely recommend.
alot of heart!! i had a great experience with Pittsburgh Animal Hospital. i was warmly greeted when entering building even though i could tell they were busy. Dr. Young was very knowledgable in her field. She gives it to you straight, which i like very much. Not a fancy facility but alot of heart. The tech michelle was very compassionate with my pet. She answered all my questions. The cost was very reasonable. would reccommend to everyone!!!

Best clinic around Let me tell u something about Pgh Animal Hospital, I have been going there for years, also my mom has gone there for at least 50 years, and we have had no problems this is a business and whatever they have to pay their suppliers for medicine they have to make up the difference so if you don't like them then don't go back they don't need your money believe, Dr. Young is very much on top of her game when she examines my animals, and so are the vet assistants, Jessie and Michelle so I just want you to know th... read more
FABULOUS JOB! I don't know what "Anonymous" is talking about . . . you base an entire clinic on one phone call and one person! Anyway- I showed up one day with my 150+ lb dog on his last day with us. He couldn't walk and was filled with tumors. EVERYONE was polite courteous and understanding (including the woman that sits behind the desk answering the phone). Plain and simple old fashion care. After a decade of taking my cat to this vet, I am very satisfied. There is no need to go into lengthy details. The staff is courteous and fine. The prices are not bad and they well advise you of all costs and options prior to any treatment plan. There was a staff member who was very "yes" and "no" oriented and she is no longer at this business. One bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch.
