Since 1753, The Pirate's House has been welcoming visitors to Savannah with a bounty of delicious food and drink and rousing good times. Situated a scant block from the Savannah River, The Pirate's House first opened as an inn for seafarers, and fast became a rendezvous for blood-thirsty pirates and sailors from the Seven Seas. Here seamen drank their grog and discoursed, sailor fashion, on their exotic high seas adventures from Singapore to Bombay and from London to Port Said.

Food, waitresses, atmosphere, were all awesome. Liked it so well we had luncheon buffet and returned for dinner. Variety of menu items. Homemade biscuits brushed with honey and served with orange marmalade and butter are outstanding. Truly deserves a 5star.
Top notch place, love the history!! Food was great, as well as the pirate drinks!!

Aarrghhh! The fare be fine as we sat discoursing of friends and mates of ago. Sailor fashion of course and tales of the high seas abound. What say ye’ ta that mate? No pirate of any blood be avoidin’ this spot for spirits of all kinds. Of course, there’s always Singapore for ye that speaks ill of such a fine X on the map.
i took my grandaughter here for her 6th birhday for a special memory! my sister was getting married the next day so timing was perfect. if I could explain the words perfect it would be that day. she was so excited she didn't even speak. so we all know you can't make a 6 year old at a loose for words. but they did. high five tjings your the best!!!
