people are crazy I havnt moved in to pirates cove yet, I move in in august. So far my experiance with them hasnot been amazing. They messed up my room assignment and wont fix it even after I requested a specific room...And whats with the shooting and murder that jus happened.....
P-Cove Disaster! Pirates Cove is not safe I am a 21 year old female and my roommate, myself, and 4 of our guy friends were jumped by 15 black guys when we returned from downtown. They surrounded our car harassing us girls and when they were told to stop they got VIOLENT! As far as the office and apartments go, the apartments are crap I woke up with spiders crawling on me, so maintenance came with Raid for roaches (not helpful at all..considering we did not know where the spiders came from). The Pirate Cove Experience I haven't moved into my apt at Pirates Cove but as of right now they haven't been anything but helpful. I recently signed a lease and go a tour of the whole facility. From what I have seen it's very clean, I didnt see any bugs outside or inside. People come on now, you act as if a college student is going to spend much time in the kitchen cooking. Pirates Cove is not a nice place at all to live I currently live in Pirates Cove. I really regret the decision to live here. Ive had many problems. first off management really does suck. Everytime i put in a work order it takes forever for them to get out here to fix it. Our floors are disgusting. it amazes me that just because we have three renewal people staying in our apartment next year that they only cleaned the carpet in the empty room, what about the rest of the house. Pirates Cove is Nasty! You do get what you pay for. Although this is the cheapest place in Greenville, it is nasty! And management stinks. Everything is not included! Utility overages average about $25 extra bucks a month per tenant. Think about it, at $360 per bedroom at 4 bedrooms per apartment, that is $1440 per month - outrageous in Greenville, especially for a nasty apartment with broken appliances on the day you move in!!! I'll never live here again!! I can't wait to get out of this hell hole! My car was also broken into WITH THE DOORS LOCKED! And I live right next to the neighborhood officer. My car alarm went off for at least 20 mins while the man sat in my car. Never once did the officer come out to check on the situation. p cove When youre paying $320 a month dont expect a damn ritz-carlton type place. Its great for the average penis college kid and is a kick ass place to party. If you plan on penis living at the cove, try to get in phase 1, because scrotum phase 2 is really crappy and has alot of sketch ass blacks walking around stealing shiit and breaking into cars. Lock your doors up niggaa. If you dont want to be paying rent out the ass, pirates cove is the shiit.
DO NOT MOVE TO PIRATES COVE - NOT SAFE PLACE TO LIVE Pirates Cove is a very unsafe place to live. There is absolutely no security even though they claim to have a couple of courtesy officers living on site. We have been broken into a couple of times with lots of things stolen. The apartments look nothing like the models that you are shown when looking at the place. Upon moving in, our apt. was quite run down with many repairs needed.
