Go somewhere else!! Our daughter stayed at PC this year. Started off badly with a old bed with broken springs, broken dryer - for which they charged overages. They blamed my daughter and roommates for graffiti found near their hall. The old management company at least made attempts to work with the kids. The new management company will not. My daughter was out of town and did not pay rent on time, mailed it in along with late fees - this was not received by the office, who decided that immediately on the 15th, they would go ... read more
Pirates Cove Pirates Cove is a great place to live the aparment are the perfect size that i am looking for and they are very nice. I am 100% satisfied in pirates cove. i just renewed last week and it will be my 3rd year here. Also, its right across the street from copper beech with is a nice bonus
well worth it I have lived at Pirates cove for 3 years now and I love it. Sure occasionally you hear a loud party but its Greenville, besides you can always call the office and they send someone out to quiet the party. I have never felt unsafe here at pirates cove. They have cops here to make you feel better though they aren't really needed. They havfe all sorts of stuff to do like pool parties, cook outs and Zumba. horrible place to live. would not recommend for anyone. they scam you for money at every turn and are completely hypocritical. it was a complete mistake moving into pirates cove. I've only been here 3 months and am dreading the rest. its completely horrid. DO NOT MOVE IN.
Move out Fees - SCAM and BEWARE Make sure that you take pictures of all the damages, because they will charge you for them wehn you move out and send you a letter that they will turn you into collections and ruin your credit if you do not pay. The carpets were nasty and they said they would replace them. All 4 of us got a letter stating that we owed them 550 each for the carpet replacement. The cigarette butts must be another scam because they did the same to us too, we offered to pick them up but they still charged us a fin... read more
pirates its a great place to live in greenville... the staff are cool an will help you with anything... everbody should stay here at least one year
The place to be! I love Pirates Cove!!!! It's a great place to live! The kitchen is great and the living room is spacious!
Reasonable Rent if you want Roommates!! I have been staying at Pirates Coves so far for 4 years and I have enjoy the experience. The office staff are very friendly and if you need anything they will help you out with your problem. However if your looking for single apartment this isn't the place because you will have roommates. The rent is very reasonable and internet/cable are included. This is mostly a apartment that caters to the college astompshere. If you don't have a problem with that then this is the place for you.
p cove if this is your 1st time living alone and need an inexpensive apt. This is the place. you must like taking the risk and living w/ roommates tho otherwise this isnt the place for you.
