Chris Highfill-Review The staff in the office are great. They create a personal relationship with you and make you feel that you are a important part of the apartment complex. I was looking for am apartment complex that understands the needs of a college student and that will work with you if there are any issues and i have found that at p cove. I would tell anyone looking for community living to come here because i have not had one problem with the staff or the living conditions yet.
Pirate's Cove I <3 You! I have lived at Pirate's Cove Apartments for 2 years and I am completly satisifed with the services they have provided to me. I decided to have a random roommate assignment and after I filled out the roommate profile, Pirate's Cove assigned me with three awesome girls! Livin' at P. Cove I currently live at Pirates Cove apartments and I love it! The staff here at P. Cove are very friendly and welcoming. l have lived here for almost two years now and I am going to renew once again because it is just that great!
Solid Place to stay hey people, its greenville. GREENVILLE, the city itself is just a cluter f***. If you are worried about burgalaries, etc. than you must lack common sense, maybe if you had locked your doors, kept valubles out of your car at night, and (now this is big for ECU students) but remain in a large group while drinking and come home a little earlier than when the creeps come out.Pirates Cove is a nice and affordable place with just as good of amenities as any other place. DON'T LIVE HERE Worst place to live ever. They keep calling and accusing me of having people living here with my when my friends come over and they don't even spend the night. They tried to charge me for cigarettes off the balcony. I, not my friends smoke cigarettes. They didn't even clean this placed before we moved in. Needless to say there is mold and dust everywhere. SCAM!! Just moved my son in from Colorado. He is allergic to smoke and they placed him with smokers! It also had a hole in the wall (size of a basketball), black stained carpets, and some baggy on the coffee table that looked like marijuana. They placed him in another room with another smoker and cockroaches. He is terrified of this place, but they won't let him out of his lease. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
Good Student Housing Shut up, you whining losers. Pirates Cove is like any other apartment complex. It is only as good as its clientele. And your messages indicate you people are the absolute bottom of the barrel. Pirates Cove is well rid of you.
