Will not be hiring first person contacting me without an emailed price/ job quote. This is the second time I have taken the first caller and $561.00 seems a bit much for an hour snake job where all was prepped and he used my wrench to close the cleanout.

PipeWorks' Anthony came out to my New Providence home on 3/18/17 and was extremely professional -- quickly diagnosing the issue with the newly installed water heater as being an issue with the water pressure coming into the house being extremely high and the water pressure valve being faulty. He explained to us what the issue was and how the existing pressure (140) was way too high when it really needed to be (60). Anthony was patient because I sorta freaked out at the price. Very prompt and professional. Work is done correctly and area is left free of debris. I have used this company on 2 previous occasions and found their diagnostic abilities exceptional. Would highly recommend! Since I had no time to get various estimates, I feel the cost may have been a little higher than I expected.

Did a good job overall but did not like their tiered levels of service, which drove up the price significantly for the work I had done. Next time I will hire someone who offers a flat hourly rate or charges for the job alone without bundling in a bunch of tiered extras I don't want.

The first serviceman who came did nothing to fix anything. The second man who came fixed both problems, but showed up without any notification. It was lucky that I was home at the time. Had to wait long for a part and for him to come back. The price, I thought, for both items was very high. I would not call them again.
Jimmy arrived on time and fixed two dripping fawcets and a non functioning fawcets quickly, economically and professionally
