I am extremely disappointed with my experience with *** / ********************************* owner of Pioneer Roofing Company. It has been 8 months since he started the work on roof and other damages due to hail and work on fence is still incomplete.The lack of professionalism and accountability is astounding.Despite numerous attempts to reach out and get an update on the progress, I get a text saying that they will complete it and no more response. This Pioneer Roofing called me. I explained to them to keep off my property and do not call me again. A month passed, they called again. Next month they called again. I asked where did you get my number from. The women said it is posted on your property. I said where is it posted? She did not answer me just kept talking. I said again stop calling me and keep off my property. She then hung up on me. I called back a man answered I explained about the calls. He hung up on me. I called back again. This is an update to my 10/27/2022 1 star review. Sam and his guys came out and fixed and cleaned the valley so it works properly now. They also painted the cement the same color as my roof so it looks a lot better now. I appreciated their time and effort to come and make it right.

Terrible experience with Pioneer Restoration. They were subcontracted through my home warranty company. Did a poor job "fixing" the leak. Kept leaking after they fixed it. Told me it was leaves and dirt backed up under the tiles. Water was literally pouring through my sheet rock. Spent months just trying to get them to come out and look at what they said they fixed. They didn't show up for appointments then stopped responding to me altogether. I am very disappointed in their professionalism and workmanship. My roof looks lik... read more

Pioneer Roofing is not the company to choose. They did not complete their job on our project and they have caused $1,000's of $$ of damage to our house. Also, per our insurance company they are attempting fraud.

Pete & Sam made the process with the insurance company and picking out the shingles super easy for me. The guys (workers) were wonderful and very respectful to my property. This company is Highly Recommended.

Working with Pioneer Roofing has been a great experience as they are a wonderful bunch of professional people who worked diligently, promptly and honestly to get all the tasks done related to the roof claim of my house. I highly recommend them!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!! Yes, I said the word, "Excellent!" 3 times and Pioneer Roofing Restoration deserves all of those 3! We worked with Seth, Sam, and Pete. All of the guys were amazingly-professional, but to top it all off, they truly made me feel like a little-sister to them as they cared for us.
